Services

We support clients with a range of services to make their organisations more effective.  Most engagements we undertake combine a range of different services dependent on the stage, the client priorities and the organisational context.  However most engagements contain at least one of the services listed below.

Change management

Support to organisations who want to make large or small scale change.  This can cover organisational redesign, career planning, change in processes or procedures, culture or ethos or simply the delivery of a new product or service.  Most change management engagements start with an analysis period, often involving interviews or surveys with stakeholders and the development of a series of options for senior management.  Later stages focus on delivery of an implementation plan and blueprint and embedding the change through proactive employee and customer engagement.

Strategy implementation

All organisations need a clear strategy but often these strategies are either implicit or poorly understood and communicated. We support clients through strategy definition, working with boards to analyse the market environment and develop a long term plan, before building detailed implementation plans and communication strategies.

Facilitation 

Well run and efficient meetings are often frustratingly rare, yet organisations spend large amounts of money and employee time in ineffective meeting procedures. Too often senior leaders feel that they can run meetings themselves, which doesn’t give them the chance to engage in the subject matter or stand back from the detail. We support the structured running of events, meetings, workshops and team workshops through detailed pre-planning, effective management during the event itself and write-up of the results and actions afterwards.  Our clients tell us that our support makes all the difference in making a day worthwhile!

Executive coaching 

We offer one-to-one executive coaching for individuals at all levels of an organisation, to help them to be more effective, more successful and to bring out the best in themselves and their teams.  Our coaching packages usually consist of 7 sessions, the first being an initial consultation and goal setting, followed by 6 sessions of between one and two hours, spaced every six weeks.  Tailoring the coaching to an individual’s requirements and outcomes is critical to the success of the programme.

Visualisation and decision support 

Using pictures, diagrams, technology support and tools to deliver an effective message and to support senior decision makers is often overlooked and underestimated.  Getting the visualisation right is important and takes a combination of skill and artistic and pragmatic focus.  We help teams to build their graphics, combining experience in the psychology of cognitive ergonomics with knowledge of what senior leaders need to make decisions.

Stakeholder engagement and planning 

The success of a project is not just about having the right answer, it’s often about having a solution which everyone understands, believes and buys-into and that means undertaking significant and structured stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.  We have developed bespoke tools to support stakeholder engagement and a structured thinking process to support stakeholder management over time.
